About MiaNOx

How MIANOX Works

Working Before Emissions Are Formed

During fuel oxidation, localized instability zones are formed: fuel-rich regions, temperature peaks, and incomplete oxidation.

These zones are where Black Carbon, Particulate Matter (PM), Thermal NOx, and unburned gaseous components are generated.

MiaNOx addresses the combustion process itself rather than its consequences. The technology stabilizes the flame front, controls combustion thermochemistry and radical-chain reactions, and prevents pollutant formation within the combustion chamber.

The technology operates before DPF / GPF / SCR and other emission control systems.

Result: Lower emissions Reduced load on secondary systems Lower operating costs

Proof in Numbers

  • Black Carbon ≥ 90%
  • PM ≥ 90%
  • Thermal NOx up to 40–50%
  • CH₄ up to 98%
  • Fuel consumption reduction starting from 4%
  • Under validated optimal operating conditions — up to 25%
  • Reduced load on DPF / GPF / SCR / SNCR systems

All performance indicators are the result of primary combustion control within the combustion chamber,
rather than downstream exhaust gas treatment.
